Kinergy delivered the VRF replacement at London Business School (430 kW total cooling across 141 indoor units), three fresh-air AHUs with integrated heat pump condensers (100 kW) at the RBS/NatWest Coin Base Centre, and three outdoor condensers feeding 20 cassettes at Unit 4 Laporte Way in Luton. Retail fit-outs like NEXT Collection Pods use compact fresh-air AHUs with DX coils and pre-insulated ductwork.

Commercial AC systems above certain refrigerant charges require statutory F-Gas leak checks. Kinergy offers planned preventative maintenance contracts for residential, retail and commercial sites — filter cleans, coil checks, electrical inspections, refrigerant logging and compliance reports.
